The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) advances the profession of Interior Design through the cultivation of innovation and leadership in the profession and by constantly advocating for exceptional design.
At a time when our lives seem to change moment-by-moment, it is more essential than ever that we feel included: in a community, a movement, or a narrative. Design has the power to connect us, and to include us. Design allows us to take action no matter where we are in the world—to make our cities accessible, our public spaces safe, and our homes welcoming.
IIDA understands the transformative, connective power of the built environment, and through design, we are given the tools to carry out these transformations. For 2020 and beyond, IIDA considers what it means to be together and what it means when you are included—the who, the what, and the why—and how design helps us build a better world for all of us.

Principal Roundtable Discussion
