Our days are filled with meetings so how do we structure them to be more valuable and collaborative? Gathering with purpose was hard before the pandemic shook up our workstyles- now there are opportunities to re-think gathering to make it more intentional, equitable and meaningful. As designers we are tactile people and before the pandemic, we could never imagine meetings to collaborate on a project being virtual and now we have been doing it over a year. How are we meeting now that many are going to a hybrid workforce and many clients are now more open than ever to meeting virtually?
