We design spaces for clients down to the flooring transition detail but when it comes to our own gatherings and meetings are we as intentional? Our days are filled with meetings so how do we structure them to be more valuable and collaborative? Gathering with purpose was hard before the pandemic shook up our workstyles- now there are opportunities to re-think gathering to make it more intentional, equitable and meaningful. As designers we are tactile people and before the pandemic, we could never imagine meetings to collaborate on a project being virtual and now we have been doing it over a year. How are we meeting now that many are going to a hybrid workforce and many clients are now more open than ever to meeting virtually?
