This is our first annual Habitat for Humanity Women Build Day! The mission of Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build program is to recruit, educate and nurture women to build and advocate for simple, decent and affordable houses in their communities. Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity has been empowering women in the Hartford area to address and help solve the housing crises in their own neighborhood.
