Born after 1996 and currently over 30% of the global population, Generation Z is quickly becoming our bar patrons and dinner guests. Gen Z’s tech-savvy, ethical, and fresh perspective has restaurateurs rethinking their business and design strategies to build loyal relationships with this up-and-coming generation. Our research will explore who Gen Z is and why their values are different from previous generations.
