What is your company philosophy / what sets you apart from similar companies?
Reflex Lighting was established over 30 years ago and we’ve expanded to cover New England in its entirety with offices in Connecticut and Maine in addition to our Boston headquarters.
While staying on top of the latest lighting trends and technology, Reflex Lighting continues to focus on our core values of service, relationships, and quality. Our manufacturer partners offer industry-leading lighting and control solutions suitable for any application.
When did Reflex Lighting get involved with IIDA?
Reflex Lighting first got involved with IIDA over 8 years ago and we’ve been a Title Sponsor for the past several years.
Why did Reflex Lighting get involved with IIDA?
What an easy question! We’d be doing ourselves a disservice as an organization to not be involved. IIDA provides a platform that allows us to meet and collaborate with some of the best and most creative minds in New England. Aside from the networking benefit, IIDA offer countless opportunities to get involved and give back to the community as well.
How has being a part of IIDA benefited your company?
We’ve been fortunate to host career days and emerging leaders events through IIDA which has generated a familiarity with Reflex early on for both students and young professionals. Additionally, IIDA creates opportunities for our new hires to connect with individuals across the industry.
What is your favorite IIDA NE event?
That’s a difficult question with so many great events but we’d have to say the Fashion Show! There’s a reason why it’s the most highly anticipated night of the year! It’s a super unique way for designers to show off their creativity. It’s been a privilege for us to partner with so many incredible firms over the years. You get to know everyone on a far more personal level when you’re collaborating on the entries together for 6+ months. Good times!
