Join us for an evening of Mindful Meditation with Nancy Willoughby. Learn ways to quiet the mind and stay in the moment! Nancy has studied and practiced meditation for more than 20 years. She completed the Dharma Punx group facilitator program with Noah Levine in 2009, and the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in 2021. Her years of creative and teaching experience in the corporate website user experience industry combined with her training in mindfulness meditation programs enable her to skillfully relate the concepts and practices to a wide range of populations.

In addition to learning some valuable and mindful meditation techniques, we will also be raising money and awareness about Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island! This incredible organization raises money and coordinates granting life-changing wishes to local children facing critical illness. Each attendee will have the opportunity to donate to this organization when you register for the event. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity!

Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Please dress comfortably and get ready to namaste!
