Advance your leadership skills by applying to the class of the 2023 Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Program! Ideal LEAD-ers have at least 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in the industry and have significant experience with direct reports or leading project teams that they can reflect upon during the program.

Class meets April to September and will be a hybrid format in 2023, with 5 virtual sessions and 5 in-person sessions in Boston. We encourage members from the entire New England region to apply. Our Lifelong Leadership Programs (LLP) are squarely focused on IIDA NE’s mission to increase the value to our members by supporting continued advancement and development throughout their careers.
