LLB Architects is an award-wining mid-sized architecture and interior design firm, recognized by AIA New England as an Emerging Professional Friendly Firm with offices in Pawtucket, RI and Worcester, MA. We plan and design for a wide range of project types including higher education, K-12 schools, libraries, laboratories, civic, and adaptive reuse buildings.LLB is growing our Interior Architecture Department and seeking Interior Designers and Aspiring Architects engaged by the design of architectural interiors. The ideal candidate is an interior designer who will work collaboratively with our project teams in supporting the design, development, and documentation through all phases of a project. They must demonstrate an understanding of the industry and have sound judgement of what constitutes exemplary architectural/interior design and appropriate level of documentation. The candidate will have opportunities to grow into leadership roles such as Interior Designer Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • A professional Interior Design degree
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of all stages of the design and construction process
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and confident presentation skills
  • Ability to design to local regulations•Minimum of 8+ years of comparable work experience
  • Strong graphic, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Public procurement experience preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: $65K-$80K
