Designer / Assistant Project Manager The Designer/Assistant Project Manager (D/APM) will require a broad set of skills within the realm of project delivery from planning through project completion. The D/APM will support the Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager (PM/SPM) within the In-House group in delivery of projects and may be the on-site manager on small to medium size projects, when necessary. The D/APM will serve a design function including the completion of design documents ranging from feasibility assessments through construction documents that do not require an architectural stamp. The role will require providing support for the SPM/PM in the identification of user/client needs, documenting existing conditions, and engaging consultants as required of the project. The D/APM will assist in the coordination of the project team's daily work as it relates to overall project timeline. In addition, the D/APM will maintain the administrative duties of project management inclusive of maintaining meeting minutes, providing pertinent information/ drawings to facilitate continued project mobility, as well as documentation of project correspondence.
