JOB OVERVIEWThe Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling and managing projects though all phases of development. The PM reports to the Project Executive and acts as the main point of contact for projects. The PM executes and monitors staffing, schedules and manages the project team to ensure efficient use of resources; oversees design development, production of working drawings, and construction administration on projects. This position is responsible for establishing client relationships and has the authority to direct, control and monitor all project activities. The PM must demonstrate experience in all phases of architecture / interiors and engineering services including substantial experience in project management. The PM also mentors and leads junior colleagues in all areas of professional and technical development. This position also coordinates internal processes including QAQC reviews and documentation, Design Reviews, and Revit management. The PM must demonstrate professional skill, high standards, sound judgment and professionalism. The PM will pass knowledge to others and support a continuous learning environment. Team building and motivation are also a key responsibility. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position, the employee may often work more than 40 hours per work week (i.e., Monday – Friday), as well as some weekend and off-site work. This position is not overtime for working more than 40 hours per week. The employee typically is required to be present in and working out of the Company’s office in Lawrence, MA Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with a daily one hour lunch break. TRAVELUp to 20 percent travel to local and non-local project sites and client meetings.
