Develop and coordinate detailed design conceptsDevelop functional requirements and project-design criteriaManipulate basic design elements such as proportion, color, light, texture & scaleProvide programming and space planning analysis and area calculationsProvide color/finish/material research and selectionDemonstrate an understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior design conceptsPrepare contract documents, including design plans, millwork design, elevations, details, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans, schedules and reflected ceiling plansResearch manufacturers for furniture systemsAssist in developing furniture specs with respect to the design concept EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
