It all begins at the root of our childhood. This is where we become dreamers. It’s the early years in our lives where we are full of so much hope. Somehow this spark of hope starts to diminish through schooling and structured classrooms. Learning spaces have fallen stagnant and regimented, shadowed with standardized testing and adult imposed stresses. As designers, we have witnessed so many corporate spaces develop from structured cubicles to an open office concept with break out spaces. Society has progressed to recognize the different ways adults work, but why have we yet to implement a setting for children that promotes inclusive opportunities to progress both mentally and socially?
