As the Managing Director – Client Services, Aaron oversees all aspects of Colliers Client Service offerings, including Research, Marketing, Graphics, Financial Analysis, Lease Administration, and Client Service Coordination. With his team, Aaron manages the information and intelligence in our proprietary database, which, dating from the late 1980s, includes detailed property statistics on nearly 220 million SF of office space as well as on lab properties in the Greater Boston area. They also track more than 150 million SF of industrial properties in our market. 

Aaron writes Collier’s quarterly Market Viewpoint series, internal submarket and lab reports, and Colliers In Focus thought pieces. He offers market insight as a monthly guest on Bloomberg Radio’s Baystate Business, and is a frequent resource for Bisnow, Banker & Tradesman, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, The Real Reporter, and other publications.


Ezgi Kosereisoglu

As the Interiors Preconstruction Manager, Ezgi oversees the entire preconstruction process with a strong command of both design and construction processes.  By understanding the overall expectations of the project, she drives the project team to make major design decisions in a timely manner in which they are consistent with the client’s functional, cost and schedule requirements.  Ezgi leads the coordination of all design-phase activities including: scope definition; estimating and value analysis; constructability review; scheduling; permitting; subcontractor compliance; and purchasing to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase. 

Ezgi is the President of Northeastern Civil Engineering Alumni Organization (NUCEAO), Vice Chair of the Young Alumni Advisory Board (YAAB), Board Member at the Greater Boston ACE Mentoring Program and is currently perusing an MBA at Northeastern.


Corinne Barthelemy, IIDA, LEED AP

As a Senior Associate and Interior Designers at NBBJ, Corinne contributes extensive experience designing optimal workplace environments for clients in the commercial, life sciences, healthcare, and higher education practices.  With a graduate degree in Psychology, Corinne applies empirical research to the design and user engagement process to improve both solutions for the physical environment and the users’ cognitive experience of it.

Corinne is the 2015-2016 past president of IIDA NE, the current IIDA NE VP of Advocacy, a member of the Design Museum Boston Advisory Council, and member of the Youth2Youth New Haven Building Committee.


Aimee Schefano, Associate IIDA

At SMMA, Aimee Schefano is an Associate and Interior Designer. She brings 12 years of design experience providing interior design services for commercial projects, specializing in corporate workplace design. She is experienced in collaborating with engineers, consultants, and contractors to execute projects under stringent budget and schedule constraints.

As the 2015-2019 IIDA New England VP of Advocacy, Aimee lead legislative initiatives in Massachusetts to advance the profession of interior design.  She works closely with an IIDA-appointed lobbyist, members of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and State Senate, and members of the IIDA community to build awareness of and modernize legislation regulating the professional practice of commercial interior design.
