What is your strongest personal quality?: My sense of humor and sarcasm I’d say. It’s hard for me to hold back a good joke.
What is your strongest professional skill set?: My work ethic 
Why did you choose to become an Interior Designer?: I fell in love with looking at modern architecture and seeing how it could change your emotional response to a space. It’s so powerful.
How would you describe your personal style?: Modern comfort
What three things do you most geek out on?: A great lighting detail, line weights when they export from Revit, and puzzles while watching re-runs of Game of Thrones.
What are you looking forward to as an IIDA Emerging Leader?: Getting to know the other amazing designers, and learning more about myself and how to improve.
What has been your go-to for de-stressing this year?: Long walks and hikes around me. COVID has shown me that you don’t need to hibernate in the winter...you can go outside and do everything you normally do! 
What Advice do you have for designer students graduating?: Take in as much as you can from the people around you, and feel inspired by something in design everyday.
What is your favorite annual IIDA event?: Fashion Show! It’s so impressive what firms and reps come up with...being involved in it, you really can appreciate all the hard work people put in.
How would you explain the difference between a professional Interior Designer vs Interior Decorator to a stranger?:  I always try to say “Interior Architecture”, as that feels so much more relatable to what we do.
