What skill set are you most proud of professionally?: My ability to develop a concept in a thoughtful way that best serves the client. 
What was your favorite toy when you were a kid?: Lite Brite
What do you hope to accomplish as an IIDA Emerging Leader?: I hope to gain more confidence in my leadership abilities and develop networking skills to deepen my ties to the industry.  
What's your go-to for de-stressing?: Drawing and listening to music.

What three things are in your bag?: Phone, Notebook & Pen, and an iPod nano (that I’ve had since the 8^th grade).
What is your favorite part of being an IIDA member?: Making connections with like-minded individuals and feeling like a part of the design community. 
Why did you choose to become an Interior Designer?: I have always had an interest in the transformative power of art and design (I said I wanted to be a “room designer” in my 5^th grade yearbook). Interior design has allowed me to creatively solve problems in order to build spaces that function better for people, improving their lives in ways both big and small.
