I started working for SK & Associates the Summer of 2014 and got involved going to IIDA meetings. In 2017 I was co-chair of the successful IIDA CT Golf event, and since then I have been a chairperson for the Designer's Roundtable, as well as the Principal's Roundtable.

Why did you choose this Committee?
I chose these two Committees in that I enjoy networking with people and getting to know others on a casual basis having fun. I think this is one of the best ways to communicate and win one another's trust.

How did you get into the A&D industry?
After graduating from College and majoring in Retail; I went back to school in Boston and received an Interior Design degree. Upon graduation I worked at WOLFERS Lighting, known in the industry to cater to the A&E Industry. I have been in the Lighting Industry ever since.

What is your favorite IIDA NE event?
Hmmmm! That is difficult to say - as I feel IIDA has numerous great events! One of my favorites is the Lobster Clambake held every year at the Owengego Beach & Tennis Club in Branford, CT. it gives members a chance to mingle and network and have fun in a beautiful ocean breeze setting.
