 TICKET TYPES

GENERAL ADMISSION - STUDIO B
Standing room ticket. Vantage point is at the discretion of the guest, and available standing space at the time the show begins. "Studio B" is an open, secondary event space adjacent to the Music Hall and contains many screens displaying live feed of the show. Please note: models' path of travel passes through all ticketed areas.

VIP BOOTH - LIVE MUSIC HALL - SOLD OUT
Banquette-style bench seat and low table. Optional table service appetizers may be pre-ordered through Big Night Live (BNL) at purchaser's expense. Booth capacities vary, and must be purchased as full booth, see floor plan. Some booths include loose chair(s) in addition to bench to maximize headcount. Ticket price posted is per entire booth as numbered in plan. Booths are sold first come, first served. Food pre-order details to be announced.

SEATED - LIVE MUSIC HALL - SOLD OUT
Single seat ticket. Chairs positioned in rows, or stools at drink rails facing the main stage. Seats are assigned to guests by date and time ordered. Seated tickets purchased over multiple transactions are not guaranteed to be in proximity to each other; please purchase all tickets in one transaction when possible. NOTE: Only 8 tickets maximum of this type (seated tickets in Live Music Hall) may be purchased per company. Please know that due to the limited number of seats available, we will be strictly enforcing this rule. If additional, unauthorized, orders are found, they will be immediately cancelled and refunded without warning or notification. Please be sure to check with your colleagues!

PLEASE NOTE

  • All ticketed attendees may enjoy an abundant variety of appetizers and sweets both before and after the show.
  • Each ticket includes one drink ticket, valid for (1) alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage (Valid ID required for 21+) ~ Cheers!
  • Guests are welcome to purchase additional beverages by cash or charge at any of the several bars throughout the venue.
  • Pre-show networking and socializing is encouraged when the venue opens to guests. Post-show, live DJ and dance floor liven up the iconic Fashion Show After-Party!
  • No physical tickets are issued. After ticket purchase, instructions will be provided to collect guest's names and company names.  This information will appear on name tags, and acts as the form of admission. Name tags must be worn at all times throughout the event.
  • General Admission guests will be provided with, and must wear wristbands. Standing area may not interfere with egress pathways, nor models' path of travel. Please be respectful of our efforts to maintain these requirements.
  • Audience photographs and video may be taken at this event. By nature of your attendance, you are granting permission for your image, voice and likeness to be used.
  • Sensitivity Warning: This event may contain flashing images, strobe lights, dramatic lighting changes, smoke, haze, and other effects. Please be advised when registering and attending the event of these effects as they may cause health concerns such as seizures, heart attacks, etc.
  • WAIT LIST: 
    • Requests are based on a first come, first serve basis.
    • If we are able to fulfill your request, you will be notified via email. If we do not reach out to you, we were unable to fulfill your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before October 20, 2022, will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 25% of the total purchase. Registrations cancelled after October 20, 2022, will not be refunded.
