HELPFUL Q&A

Q: What’s changed about this year’s Design Awards?
A: We’ve adjusted to a hybrid show format with virtual watch parties and people tuning from across New England. The show itself will be an hour and a half long leaving more time for networking before and after.

Q: Wait? There’s no dinner?
A: Heavy apps and treats will be passed in the pre-party and post party. The show starts at 7:30pm sharp, so feel free to get dinner with your group beforehand if you want a full sit down meal.

Q: What’s a Watch Party?
A:  If you live in a City Center and can’t make it to the Boston Park Plaza get your friends together, pop the bubbly, and join us virtually. We may even remote into your party live!

SEATING

2022 IIDA NE Design Awards Seating Format: Oscar Style Theater Seating for General Admission. Seating will be split up in Section A and B.  Seats are assigned by date and time ordered. Please purchase all of your tickets at once. If you buy tickets at two separate times, you run the risk of the either not being sat together or losing your priority seating. Appetizers will be served at the pre and post party.  Reserved seating will only be available for the VIP sections. See diagram below.

  • No physical tickets are provided.
  • Once you purchase your ticket(s), your confirmation details will instruct you on how to provide your guest's details (names and company names). That information will be used to print name badges which is your form of admission.This information is due immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before August 24, 2022, will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 25% of the total purchase. Registrations cancelled after August 24, 2022, will not be refunded.
